– Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices
Course objectives
This course shows the relation between basic
data communication concepts and the real world internetworking.
Participants gain experience in configuring Cisco router and switch
in order to get familiar with heterogeneous, small to medium environements.
After completing this course students can choose a variety of network
products from the Cisco palette for their own and their customers'
needs, as well as interconnect and configure them.
Participants
Network technicians without in-depth knowledge
on Cisco products and services. Network administrators responsible
for implementing and managing small to medium-sized company networks.
Participants are working in a Help desk of medium-sized organizations.
In smaller companies they are in charge of First line support and
installation of network equipment. Students are preparing for technical
Cisco certification (CCNA, CCDA, CCIP, CCNP, CCDP, etc).
Prerequisites
Previous successful completion of the CCNA
Base (CCNAB) preparation course or equivalent knowledge of the following
technical basics:
