Networking Associate Basics
Course objectives
CCNA Basics goes into important networking
basics using Open Systems Interconnect (OSI) Seven Layer Model.
Participants acquire experience with the OSI reference model, with
network cabling, LAN/WAN topologies, TCP/IP protocol and IP addressing.
After completion of this course students will know the most important
internetworking first principles and their functionality.

Interested to get on a technical internetworking
function, e.g. technician, helpdesk supporter, installation, design,
post sales. Working in these areas and wishing to improve basic
knowledge of networking. Take this course in order to successfully
prepare for ICND 2.0.
Prerequisites
General basic computer science knowledge
